Refund and Returns Policy

Returns for Full-Priced Items:

  • Eligibility: All full-priced items can be returned within 14 business days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging and hangtags attached. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  • Tag Issues: If your purchase didn't have tags attached, contact us immediately at hello@wovenjiujitsu.com.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges: We only accept returns. For an exchange, simply return your product and make a new purchase for the desired item.
  • International Orders: Returns are not accepted for orders outside Indonesia. All international orders are final sale.

Return Process:

  • Initiate Return: Email us at hello@wovenjiujitsu.com with the subject “Return Request - [Your Name] - [Order Number]” within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Email Details: Specify the reason for your return, including the merchandise style number and item description.
  • Packaging: Return the clothing in another box to protect the original packaging.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide an Online Return Authorization Number (ORA#). Include this ORA# with your return package.
  • Timeframe: The return should be completed within 14 days from receiving your ORA#. Returns outside this timeframe are not accepted.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receipt and inspection, you will be refunded the purchase amount on your credit card, excluding original shipping costs.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping and customs charges for returning the order.

Additional Guidelines:

  • ORA# Requirement: Returns without an ORA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
  • Return Rejection: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and returned at your expense.
  • Lost/Damaged Items: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
